Everett Kelly is a bandleader, composer and trumpet artist based near Los Angeles, California. Everett has been immersed in music since he was very young. He has constantly heard music in his head as far back as he can remember. Everett started playing the trumpet at ten years old. He received his bachelor’s degree in trumpet performance from CSUN (2016) and his master’s degree from UCLA (2018) in the same field.

Currently, Everett directs multiple bands for which he composes original music, and he runs a private trumpet studio based in Thousand Oaks, CA. Everett also has experience in the recording studio both as a trumpet player and recording engineer.

SicNarf, Everett’s unique sixteen-piece ensemble has played multiple shows at the world famous Baked Potato in Los Angeles, CA and has a residency at The Grape, Ventura. Visit SicNarfband.com for more information about the group!
